My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, strengths-based therapy and family systems perspectives to create individualized treatment plans that help clients build practical skills and lasting resilience.
