Assessment Services (in person ages 5 throughout adulthood)

Assessments provide meaningful answers to many different questions. The results can be used to better understand your child’s or your own individual strengths and weaknesses, to discover ways to better support or optimize the individual’s functioning, and to design and create custom individualized recommendations.

Therapy Services (virtual ages 12-21)

I provide compassionate, evidence-based Telehealth therapy throughout Arizona. Together, we’ll build practical skills to help you manage anxiety, depression, school-related concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions with greater confidence and resilience.
